“I enjoy leading the Teton program and coaching at Williston State”, said Triplett. “I love the game of basketball and am very proud of our Teton athletes and what they have accomplished the last six years. All the wins are great, but we really stress earning good grades and being good people which is important too.  When you surround yourself with players and staff members like we have, it makes coaching very enjoyable. I'm also very proud of the Tetons that have moved on to 4-year schools after their time here was done. I try stay in touch with them and try watch some of their games when I have a chance.

Three Tetons have been selected All-American while playing for Triplett., as well as many All-Region and All-Conference players. Jersey Berg, Allison Kunze, and Taylor Moffatt have been named All-American for Williston State.
